Q:  How much does it cost to subscribe and receive all the benefits of InfoPro?
A:  Nothing, it is FREE!! InfoPro strives to "Help Professionals and Patients Communicate" about incontinence. We understand that as a busy professional, you may not have time to develop the tools needed to explain bladder management techniques to your patients and help those who haven't sought medical care to speak out. So we provide many educational tools, Variety Packs, newsletters and other items for your convenience.

Q:  What types of educational tools does InfoPro provide?
A:  InfoPro offers patient brochures (see next question for topics covered), an anatomical poster explaining the process of urination, a poster on selecting bladder management products, product catalogs containing all the leading brands and, just for you, a bi-monthly newsletter with all the latest industry news and tips. We also offer a Product Education Kit, filled with samples for demonstration and education, brochures, catalogs, voiding diaries, patient referral cards, etc.

Q:  What topics do your brochures cover?
A:  We cover a wide variety of topics, uch as our newest, a how-to guide on pelvic muscle exercise, along with prostate disorders, multiple sclerosis, a basic primer on incontinence, a guide to management techniques, HDIS' role in management, and a brochure written just for the Caregiver. We welcome your feedback on new topics.

Q:  I like to send my patients home with samples. Do you have any I can hand out?
A:  Sometimes manufacturers will offer extra product for us to hand out as samples; we will give you an opportunity to order these on the Fax Back order form included in every InfoPro professional newsletter. For all those other times, HDIS always offers its customers free samples to try before they purchase. Just have your patient call or fill out a Patient Referral Card and then drop it in the mail. The postage is paid for and we will make sure your patient gets a sample or two of the product that best suits their needs.

Q:  Do I have to order products for my patients?
A:  The best way is to have your patients contact our friendly, knowledgeable Customer Care Representatives directly.
